We remain committed to hiring local, keeping our staff gainfully employed by providing adequate living wages and health insurance and retirement plans for full time employees. We also maintain a deep and abiding commitment to protecting the fragile ecosystem of the outer Cape by recycling, composting and using environemntally friendly products.
